Radha Vallabha Temple

This is another very popular temple of Vrindavana, founded by Hit Harivamsa Goswami, who started the Radha Vallabha sect emphasizing devotion to Radharani. In this temple there is no Deity of Radharani, but a crown has been placed next to Krishna to signify Her presence. Also in the same compound of Radha Vallabha are the temples of Radha Ananda-vallabha,  Radha Jivan-vallabha and Radha Kisori-vallabha. The original temple of Radha Vallabha was desecrated by the Muslims in 1670. A new temple was built at the side of the old one.
